Rental terms

• All clients must either have a valid license from their respected country or carry an international license accompanied by photo ID. Hard copy of license must be provided, not a photo.
• Any driver’s license with certain restrictions may be declined, depending on the restriction
• Expired driver’s license will not be accepted.
• Driver’s license must be a full license. Learners license not accepted.
• Ontario driver’s licenses holders - G2 license is not accepted by our company.

Additional Driver

• Clients can add a maximum of two (2) additional drivers to a rental contract.
• Additional driver fee is - $14.68 per day / per driver

• Security Deposits can only be made by major credit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa. Clients name must match the credit card. Cash deposits are not accepted. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
• A pre-authorized deposit of $500.00 is taken at the time of rental pick up.
• Security deposit is charged against credit card at pick up and refunded within 7 business days from drop off date of vehicle. Security deposit may be used to pay any amounts owed to rental agency under rental Agreements terms and conditions.

Lost or Damaged keys/fobs

• We offer 200 KM free per day.
• Each additional KM is .18 cents
• The maximum kilometers allowed per contract or per reservation are 3000 km’s.

• The vehicle shall be returned with the same amount of fuel as when rented, otherwise a refueling charge will be applied of $25.00 in addition to the charge of the actual market value of gas cost per liter.
• Missing fuel will be calculated by market value at time of rental vehicle return.
• Fuel is not included in the daily rental rates.
• Any unused fuel or over filling will not be refunded.

Rental Rates Excludes

• For Canadian and USA client’s rental rates do not include TPL coverage, CDW/TP coverage.

Rental Rate Includes

• Municipality charge, Airport surcharge, Contract fees
• Sales tax / VAT

Border Crossing / Territorial Restrictions

• Clients are not allowed to leave the province of Ontario without written permission added to rental agreement.
• One-way rentals are not permitted at our location. All vehicles must be picked and returned at our office.
• Border Crossing fee is - $18.07 flat for rental period.
• Vehicles are not allowed to cross border to Mexico

• The minimum age for clients on all car categories is 23 years old. If client is the age of 23 or 24, client must pay $24.85 per/day under age fee.
• The maximum clients age for all car categories is 80 years old.

Tickets & Tolls

• Client is responsible for all parking tickets, red light camera tickets, radar camera tickets, and any other fines occurred during the rental period. Charges for the tickets plus an additional $25.00 administration fee is applied to the client.
• Client is responsible for all toll charges accumulated such as 407 and any other tolls. Charges for the toll plus an additional $25.00 administration fee is applied to the client.

Out of office hours

• Out of office hours’ vehicle return is allowed. Clients must drop vehicle off at our office and leave keys in secure drop box.
• Client is responsible for the rental vehicle until it is inspected by a company representative the next day.

Pickup from location- 19 Clark Blvd, Brampton

• It is client’s responsibility to check the vehicle thoroughly for previous damage at time of vehicle pick up.
• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when rented (interior and exterior must be acceptable for further rental without cleaning).
• Our rental fleet is 100% non-smoking. Should you or one of your passengers choose to smoke in your rental vehicle a $150.00 charge will apply.
• Excessive staining, internal damage, or unpleasant odors will be charged to client at our valet cleaning rate of $150.00
• In case that the renter is not satisfied with the car, the station needs to be informed immediately for its replacement

Late Pick Up / No Show

• If the client does not appear within 2 hours after the scheduled pick up time, our company has the right to declare NO-SHOW, and not provide a car in case the client comes to office later.

Vehicle Return Grace Period

• Vehicle must be returned by the date and time indicated in Rental Agreement.
• There is a grace period of one (1) hour for vehicle drop off time.
• Over one (1) hour late, renter will be charged an additional day’s rent.
